Their service was outstanding. All staffs are very helpful & familiar. As well as they helped me for visiting north Sikkim as guide. I was visit there from Bangladesh. Hope will visit again in future. I do advice to visit tse-Ka residency to all of you.

Family environment and test

We are six travelers of Bangladesh stay in TSE-KA-Residency, Gangtok, Sikkim more then 5days with good experience. Really all staffs are so cordial and helpful. Room service and condition are so good. English breakfast delicious and vegitable/ chicken momo, Luchi , Alo dom, Alo Parata, card , chicken Berani so delicious . Roof top restaurant chair, table neat and clean, site view very beautiful. Hot water, hot catlee, T.V, Telephone, free wifi available and good condition. They also help to hire car/ jeep for journey to Pelling, Lachung, Changu Lake and more. Its price also cheap. Specially Mr. Berain and Mr. Rudru experienced staff in this residence hotel and expert in this line. Their behaviour excellent. We highly recommend to visit and stay in this hotel for foreigners and domestic travelers.

wow. splendid.. stayed 3 lovely days.. courteous staff, clean, beautiful suit.. with mountain view.. loved the place.. one draw back is no wifi connectivity on room. will suggest to impliment it ASAP.

Not worth even a star

Absolutely wanted no star but there was no option. booked through Agoda and got a number to contact the resort which I kept calling once we landed in Kolkatta and then in Bagdogra the number just kept ringing and when we arrived the hotel the shutters were down and no one opened it to check us in despite rattling it with loud nose raised an Agoda ticket immediately to which we got no neutral help from Agoda who support theirs partners fully as they might be getting the commission from partner. From a family view we were left on the roads in the middle of the night despite paying the accommodation to which we had our rights and were denied entry. A hotel nearby sympathised with us Amba palace and checked us in. Next day we visited the mysterious hotel and presented our case and were informed that full refund will be provided and finally denied by Agoda after they jointly colluded with the owner to support his ridiculous point that took a 360 degree. What is intriguing is Agoda supporting such partners who scheme to cheat people travelling thousands and miles and second the integrity of such hotels where online payments are being collected. Pls check twice on this hotel before you book as you especially if you are travelling with family will be left on the road despite booking much in advance. Pls also check on contact details especially this one is fraud intended providing a wrong number and claiming customer never called. For the record I have booked and enjoyed hotel stays across the world. This to date has been my worst experience and I would raise a concern doing bookings with Agoda who are not neutral and fully support their partners despite them being in the wrong foot. This to me is 0 star and for Amba Palace full five stars for there is still humanity left in this world

Booked from MMT, TSE-Ka-Residency refused to provide rooms

Few days back I booked one room form MMT for TSE-Ka-Residency for my uncle and aunt. Both of them are senior citizen. After the booking I called and confirmed with the hotel that they received the booking from MMT. On the date of check-in my uncle and aunt reached to the hotel but the hotel refused them to provide any room showing the reason that the ownership had been changed and the new owner is not willing to work with MMT. I had called MMT but it did not have any information regarding the same. This is the current scenario of online booking. Nobody was responsible for the hassle but me who made an online booking to a irresponsible hotel via another irresponsible company !!!
